1. Our Services

We provide the following services to homeowners in Singapore:

• Free Property Valuation: An estimate of your property’s market value.
• Fixed-Fee Sale Packages: Professional marketing, negotiations, and paperwork for a transparent fixed fee.
• Property Marketing: Listing your property on portals and our network.

Our services are provided by licensed agents in compliance with Singapore’s Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and identity.
• Cooperate with our agents for viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Not engage other agents to sell your property while under contract with us.

3. Termination

You or we may terminate our agreement at any time with written notice to samson@propertypitching.com. Upon termination:

• Any outstanding obligations will be addressed according to our agreement.
• We will cease marketing your property and remove listings from portals.

We may terminate our agreement immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• We do not guarantee a specific sale price or timeline for selling your property.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided as part of our services (e.g., photos, videos, reports) are owned by PropertyPitching. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
